Examica (“we”, “us”) runs the application flow at examica.app (the “Service”). The policy below lists what personal data we touch, why, and how you can reach a human about it.

2. Data we collect

• Account and sign-in: email and credentials you give when you register or log in (handled by our authentication provider).
• Application forms: exam choice, goals, timelines, and any free-text you choose to add when you apply for the program.
• Contact form: name, email, and message you submit through examica.app/contact (delivered to our team inbox).
• Technical logs: IP, browser type, timestamps, and similar data our hosting stack records for security and debugging.

3. How we use data

We use it to:

• Run Examica, authenticate you, and review applications in the order they arrive;
• Reply to contact messages and send operational email about your account or application;
• Meet legal obligations and block abuse.

On examica.app we focus on accounts, applications, and messages you send us in Examica. Anything you arrange outside Examica follows the notices and choices that apply there.

4. Sharing

We rely on vendors we need to run the product (hosting, auth, email delivery). They process data under our instructions. We do not sell personal information as a line of business. We disclose information when law or a lawful request requires it.

5. Retention

We keep records only as long as they are needed for the uses above, including tax, fraud prevention, or legal holds. You can ask to delete your account; some fields may need to stay if the law says so.

6. Your choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, fix, or delete certain data. Email info@examica.app from the address on your account, describe what you need, and we will answer once we can confirm it is you.

7. International transfers

Our providers may process data in countries other than yours. When the law requires safeguards for those transfers, we rely on the mechanisms our vendors document.

8. Children

Examica is meant for people preparing for university- and professional-level exams. We do not knowingly collect data from children who need parental consent under local rules.

9. Changes

We may revise this policy. When we do, we change the “Last updated” line above—check it if you want the current version.
