Terms of Service
Last updated: April 2026
1. Agreement
By accessing or using Examica at examica.app (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. The Service
Examica exists to help you prepare to pass an English exam named in your application through Examica’s intake flow. The Service is accounts, applications, and status—not a billed “online classroom” stack. If we accept you as a member, coordination continues on WhatsApp about that exam; we do not advertise separate work modes, mailed study bundles, or generic coursework in Examica. We do not guarantee admission, scores, or outcomes from third-party tests, schools, or visa offices. What you receive follows the review decision and any arrangement we agree with you.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it updated where relevant.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Violate law or third-party rights;
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other users, or our systems;
- Overload, disrupt, or misuse automated access (including scraping) without permission;
- Upload malware or harmful content.
5. Intellectual property
The Service, branding, and original content are owned by Examica or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, revocable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes unless we agree otherwise in writing.
6. Third parties
The Service may link to or integrate third-party tools (for example authentication or security). Their terms and policies apply to your use of those tools.
7. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” where the law allows. We do not promise uninterrupted access, error-free software, or outcomes from third-party exams or institutions.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Examica and its suppliers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the Service is limited to the greater of (a) amounts owed or paid to us under your agreement in the twelve months before the claim or (b) one hundred US dollars, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
9. Changes and suspension
We may modify the Service or these Terms. We may suspend or terminate access for violations or operational reasons. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination.
10. Governing law
Which country’s courts and laws apply can depend on where you live and how we contract with you. This public page is not a substitute for detail in your enrollment or engagement communications. If you need the clause that matches your account, write to info@examica.app and we will point you to the right version.
11. Contact
Questions about these Terms or your account: info@examica.app. Include the account email and rough dates so we can find the right thread. You can also use the contact form at examica.app/contact.
